Common questions

I signed up but I only see “Waiting for approval”.: That is expected. Little Loves is invite-only, so a family administrator has to approve your account before you can see anything. Ask whoever invited you to approve you from Settings → Pending members.
I signed up with Google and do not know my password.: Google accounts do not have a password here until you set one. Open Settings → Password while signed in and set one. After that you can sign in either way.
How do I save a photo or video to my phone?: Tap the ⋯ menu on a post and choose Download. On iPhone this opens the share sheet, where you can choose “Save Image” or “Save Video”.
What is a Live Photo post?: On iPhone the composer has an Import iOS Live Photo button, which keeps the short motion clip alongside the still. In the feed, a post marked LIVE plays when you press and hold it.
How do I delete a post, or my whole account?: A post: its ⋯ menu → Delete. Your account: Settings → Delete account, which removes your profile and your posts. Email us if you would rather we did it for you.
